Bad upgrade

I used to love this product, but a recent product overhaul combined with a new pricing structure has materially diminished the value.

The new overhaul erased all tags that I had applied, removed the distinctions between Unified Contacts and All Contacts and the company has not provided information on how to restore the distinction. In doing so, the company has virtually erased over nine months of work updated and sorting (via tags) contact information. I would be happy to pay the new fees for the old product, but there is no way to recover the data that the company lost in the upgrade. Finding a new solution.
