Awesome app. For the first time ever I can scan a business card and it automagically gets added to all my devices, merged with existing conacts and auto-updates

This is now my default contact app. I stopped using iCloud contacts and just have my iPhone contacts connected to my Gmail contacts and have full contact for Gmail on the right side of my Gmail on the computer. This hides away with a click. Because people have an online presence, the majority of my 6000 contacts now have a face, links to their Facebook LinkedIn and Twitter profiles and homepages. Email signatures are captured if the person is important enough for you to respond to. The point is I have very little to enter for a new contact and updating is seamless and automated. Support is way better than good. They emailed me that I had a cross-loop and how to identify and fix it, rather than waiting for me to complain and pit in a ticket. Then they followed up. Answered my questions by email within a day. If I see something wrong in a contact, I can check the history of changes to see when something was changed without fear of losing anything. I use Full contact but do not think about it, as it should be.

How can I manually merge contacts that the app doesnt recognize as duplicates?

Recently when I try to open the app it makes me login again. I enter my Google creds and hit allow and it takes me back to the same screen asking me to login. Useless.

Constantly halts, crashes and is inresponsive.

As a business user trying to make sure I have current information on contacts this is invaluable. Add to this that I can properly sync my personal contacts on Gmail with my work Exchange account, to my iCloud contacts for my iPhone without a bunch of duplicates and this is a god send.

I used to love the app but for the last 6+ months it has gotten buggy with syncing.

For $10 per month, it seems like a miracle to have dozens of business cards transcribed at once with 99.9% accuracy, plus everyones social media accounts, plus email verification. I have a huge trade show next week and this will be a time, money, and sanity saver. I can also export custom lists as CSV files to use with email marketing and so many other things. Nice work FullContact and I highly recommend this to colleagues and friends :)

I am unable to login on iPhone using my Premium account. I use 1Password so I know my password is correct and can even sign in on web. Uselesa on iPhone app.

You IDIOTS! The app was great until the most recent update and now it doesnt even open. Do you not check this before rolling out a new version? FIX IT!

Cant figure it out and does mot seem to work at all.

This is one of my favorite apps, and I dont have to actually do anything with it. All of my contacts across multiple accounts are synced and duplicate free. Its magic.

Crashes - cant even open it

There is no better contact syncing app. But lately it crashes on my iPad and iPhone.

Good functionality. Does what it claims to do. Helps keep my contacts segregated between work and personal accounts. Responsive support!!! Good job!!!

A few years ago, this used to be my most trusted and important tool but that all changed lately. There are two main issues. 1. Contacts have started to disappear, for no reason, without any change in configuration. This is bad, very bad. 2. No Carddav support in Outlook. Guess what, large corporations with security policies applied at the Exchange Server level will not allow the FullContact web API to connect. Thats just reality. What baffles me is that FullContact isnt providing an plugin (add-in) for Outlook to sync through the Carddav protocol. Charge is all an extra $1 per month if you have to but please step your game up.

Ive searched for years for a contact sync tool. FullContact looked promising with some innovative features like email signature scanning and social media integration. However, Im syncing between 2 gmail accounts, 1 exchange and 1 iCloud account and it constantly deletes contacts it shouldnt. Including some contacts Ive added and re-added multiple times after theyve been deleted. I dont know if its malfunctioning while de-duping or some other issue but its not "working as advertised".

It does nearly everything I could expect in a full service contact manager, including personalized training and hand entered business card entry.

Its an elegant app that solves the problem of synchronizing my contacts across multiple accounts. The fact that it enhances my contacts using social media is a huge bonus. Unlike most business card scanning applications that use Optical Character Recognition for scanning, and thus prone to errors, Full Contact uses transcription.
