Solid, reliable

Even the free version is full-featured offering reliable syncing and backup of data. Ive tried several contact management apps on my iPhone, but FullContact is the best so far! Easy to configure and use. It just works!

just works

Ive got 17k contacts and it works quite well. love the business card scanning and filtering and syncing with gmail and using it as caldav on iOS and Mac. return of LinkedIn syncing good, although its a little bit wonky if people have customized their names. response to support is quick.

Not Useful

This seems like it might possibly be useful if most of your contacts are in Google. I keep my contacts in iCloud and LinkedIn. The application doesnt support syncing with LinkedIn and iCloud support is poor, requiring turning off two-factor authentication to make it work. As a business person, I cant see the value in a contacts app that doesnt automatically sync with the largest social network for professionals and that cant seem to sort out how to work with modern security. Deleting.

Makes sense of my digital connections

FullContact is exactly what I needed. I have had contacts living in a bunch of devices with a ton of content buried in email and social networks. FullContact has merged everything - I have control of my data for the first time. On top of that, they have a concierge support team that will meet with you 1 on 1 to make sure youre getting the most out of the tool.

Stupid pricing system

Just got email that they would start charging monthly service fee. So expansive. Deleted app.

Best contacts app

This is the best contacts application in the Apple Store in my opinion available for reading and saving business cards

Screwed up my contacts ROYALLY

After TRYING FullContact, my only regret is that I TRIED FullContact. Personal Biography? Ive been using Macs since before *some* of these developers were even born. Fat Mac (512KB of RAM). I not technophobe or retro-grouch; I just HATE programs that over-promise and under-deliver. Worse yet, this program totally messed up my Contacts. I have screen shots if anybody wants to see what happened (brian dot ansorge at gee male dot com) Duplicates. Mysterious additions. Inconsistencies between contacts: a) on my phone b) in the cloud (iCloud) c) in FullContact HEADACHES. HEADACHES. HEADACHES.

Great app and service

Only feature I would love on the app is the ability to choose a photo from the iOS photo library when scanning a business card.

Great app

This is a great app it manages, updates and De dupes all of my contacts across exchange Gmail and LinkedIn. Im all in on this one!

My Favorite System!

FullContact is part of my follow up system and I recommend it to all of my clients. Its easy to track people, follow up touch points, and more. Its a steal at $100/year.

I love this app...

Full Contact has taken all of my contacts and lets me manage them in one ready and pretty interface.

Excellent functionality

Very complete contact manager.

Continued shift to higher same function app

The app we loved as cobook has gradually been morphed into an expensive poorly managed product. Since the acquisition in late 2014 the frustration of using it has only grown. Any company that doesnt at least honor its original users cannot be trusted in their roadmap, so users like me need to sunset FC. One of the biggest gripes has been the reduction in # of contacts before going to the premium service which for a annual service is high for personal users. The shift from 5000 to 4500 and now 1000 forces you into the premium services when your like me and have about 3000 contacts. And you dont even know which one they filtered in the 3000. $120 per year for just contacts is crazy and there are ways to manage this using google contacts and a couple tools that get you close for free. I would have thought about a premium subscription but given the way the pricing team have stripped long time users of existing capability and forced them to a high cost premium subscription, (no tiers) I just would not trust whats next. Price increases and a reduction to 500 contacts I would guess? And read through the app history to see what you get over a long period of time. Mainly no new functions and much needed bug fixes.

Finally a unified contact manager

This one "just works" and is great! I can sync with Gmail and iCloud. The business card scanning is a bonus, as is the email contact card collection. Its been a long time coming - finally there is a "Dropbox for Contacts" - Bravo!

Bad upgrade

I used to love this product, but a recent product overhaul combined with a new pricing structure has materially diminished the value. The new overhaul erased all tags that I had applied, removed the distinctions between Unified Contacts and All Contacts and the company has not provided information on how to restore the distinction. In doing so, the company has virtually erased over nine months of work updated and sorting (via tags) contact information. I would be happy to pay the new fees for the old product, but there is no way to recover the data that the company lost in the upgrade. Finding a new solution.

From bad to worse

FullContact has further restricted the features in the free plan, reducing the maximum number of contacts from 5000 to a paltry 1000. With more than 1000 contacts, features get disabled, like synching. $10 per month simply to manage contacts is overpriced. Updated from Cobook and am really disappointed. First they force you to setup an account (email or Google account). Then, because I used Google to login, I had to give them access to google contacts and it allegedly started to "sync". Minutes later, there are still no contacts displayed in this app. I dont know what else to expect but after the free 90 days I wont be paying for it.

Meh!

Sadly I paid $59.99 for premium version and it doesnt sync with outlook enterprise. Would not recommend anyone else buying premium.

Hostageware

Good free version if you can keep it below 1000 contacts. Scrapes contacts from elsewhere, and if you get over 1000, it stops syncing til you pay for a $10/ month upgrade. But for me, it takes your money, but doesnt activate the upgrade. Support offers instructions for restoring purchase that dont work!

Not worth the Money

The only benefit i have from this app is a good business card reading App, apart from that it does not work well with iCloud, Outlook and Facebook which are my main Hubs for contact information. If you use Google then it will work fine but still not worth the money. Unfortunately i paid premium for a year so they have this time to fix these issues or Im out. Update be careful when you sign up for premium its non refundable a bit of a scam really Still does not work for ICloud and hotmail beware

Contacts are totally messed up.

I can not log into the app. It says that the username is correct - but it also says there is not active connection. I need to do contact maintenance because false numbers are left on a Facebook profile and that has become an "unchangeable item" for that contact on my phone.
